Core Service

The platform allows candidates to upload profiles for recruiters to access. The Services are only available to you on the completion of the registration section. Direct contact between users and recruiters occurs independently of the company.

Content Standards

Users must not upload material that is:

• Defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory
• Promoting violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
• Infringing on any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person
• Likely to deceive any person or in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party
• Threatening, abusive or invading another's privacy

Liability Limitations

The company excludes liability for loss or damage arising from site use or content reliance, except where English law prohibits exclusions (such as death or personal injury from negligence).

The company does not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Users are responsible for configuring their own information technology and virus protection.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant the site a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties in connection with the services provided.

Jurisdiction

English law governs these terms. English and Welsh courts have authority, with additional rights preserved for users in Northern Ireland and Scotland.
